Karma Yoga Traditional School and Free & Real are organizing a unique 3-day authentic Yoga retreat at the project's premises in northern Evia. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with each other and with their True Self in an environment straight out of a fairytale.
The retreat will begin on Friday, June 26 (arrival afternoon-evening) and will end on Sunday, June 28 (departure afternoon). It will be led by Tasos Antonopoulos Nārāyaṇa, founder of the school.
Accommodation will be in the project's multiple eco-lodges and the diet will be vegan. The menu includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. There will also be plenty of fruit to eat during the day.
The program will be full of practices, but we will also have time for dives in the sea of ​​Agiokampos, for an evening visit to the thermal baths of Edipsos, etc.
